Sasha Chang holds a B.A. in Biology from Asbury University and a Masters in Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages from Biola University. With her third culture background, Sasha has a passion for cultures, arts, and languages. Her role as the Director of International Student Programs includes assisting international students in their unique cultural adjustments and transitions as well as facilitating awareness, understanding, and appreciation for diversity in the campus community. Sasha also oversees the ESL department in the areas of admissions, placement testing, and faculty and student support.

Judy Kim has served as an ISP Assistant since June 2010. As a bilingual Korean-American, she helps international students adjust to living and studying in the United States. Judy also assists in the programming of events in ISP. Judy taught ESL classes at Hope from 2005-2009. She has also taught English at California State University, Fullerton and in China. Judy has a bachelor’s degree in Psychology from UCSD and earned a master’s degree in TESOL from California State University, Fullerton.
